Though many of Ron Paul's supporters believe he is a "born again" Christian, (and I have also recently found a video in which he professed his faith in Christ) I find no assurance in that fact, due to his policies on so many of the moral issues that simply are not consistent with the Christian faith.
He is reportedly "Episcopalian" and his five children were baptized into the Episcopalian faith. This campaign, I have seen information stating he is Baptist. Perhaps he found Episcopalian wasn’t conservative enough to give him the political boost he needed. Funny his supporters wouldn’t admit in 2008 one of Paul’s competitors, Governor Mike Huckabee, IS a Christian, and in fact, that Gov. Huckabee was at one time a Baptist pastor.
I mention Paul's faith only due to the fact that in the last Presidential election, I heard over and over “Ron Paul is the only Christian candidate.” That simply was not true and it seems during this election, he does his best to avoid the subject as much as possible, stating he is "not comfortable talking about his faith."
